This website is operated by KAIJVCORP LLC. (dba. KAIJVCORP). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KAIJVCORP. KAIJVCORP offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.Our terms and conditions may be updated or revised at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any updates. Updates will be marked with a timestamp indicating the date of the last modification. SECTION 1 - AGE ELIGIBILITY
At this time, we do not accept commissions from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, we kindly request that you seek the assistance of a parent or guardian to engage with us on your behalf.
SECTION 2 - CHARACTER ELIGIBILITY
I am willing to work with anthropomorphic characters, feral characters, LGBTQ characters, human characters and fan characters. I am also willing to work with themes of gore and NSFW within reason. I will not depict disrespectful cultural attire, non-consensual NSFW, disrespectful fetishization or underage characters in NSFW scenarios and I will not mimic other artist's styles. We reserve the right to reject any prompt or request for any reason.
SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
We currently accept most of our payments through PayPal. However, we are open to discussing alternative payment methods such as Stripe, Square, Venmo, or wire transfer. We are open to payment plans, with a preference for bi-monthly payments. We do not currently charge late fees for customers utilizing our payment plans, however delays in payment will result in delays in the progression of your project.
For Canadian customers, you may be subject to the appropriate federal and provincial sales taxes based on your location.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATION
Both parties reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time with valid reason. If a project is already in progress at the time of cancellation, your refund cost will be determined by the amount of completed work including total expenses incurred up to that point. In the event of order cancellation, we also reserve the right to reuse or recycle any unused or unfinished project materials.
SECTION 5 - REFUNDS
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund at any time. A product that has been shipped to you should be returned in exact condition to when it was initially sent out, unworn and unopened. Once inspected, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. In the event that a returned product is damaged, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made items, personalized items, or products altered to meet specific requests are non-refundable.
SECTION 6 - PROGRESS IMAGES
During the commission period, we will provide you with work in progress photos to keep you updated on the status of your project. Should you desire more images or specific views of the project, you are welcome to request additional photos. You are free to share and repost work in progress photos of project(s) we are creating for you. However, we kindly request that appropriate credit is given to us for any shared content.
SECTION 7 - COMPLETION TIMES
Your project will officially commence once payment is confirmed and completed. During our initial one-on-one, we will inform you of a rough timeline for your project’s progression.
SECTION 8 - DEADLINES
We are willing to work under specific deadline requests within reason, taking into consideration the complexity of the project and our current workload. Please inform us of any possible deadlines early on.
SECTION 9 - PRIVACY
When you place an order with KAIJVCORP, we may collect and retain certain details of your personal information for record-keeping purposes. You may request to have your personal information removed from our records at any time.
SECTION 10 - SAFETY
We prioritize your safety and well-being throughout the design process. If you have known allergies to pet dandruff, latex, plastics, or any other materials commonly used in costume making, please inform us before the commencement of your project.
SECTION 11 - RESPONSIBILITY
Ultimately, you are responsible for your own safety during the usage of your fursuit. We strongly advise you to stay hydrated and take regular breaks, especially in warm or demanding environments.
SECTION 12 - PRE-MADES
Customers who purchase a pre-made design have the right to utilize, modify, and resell the design without any restrictions, provided they credit KAIJVCORP as the original maker.
SECTION 13 - QUOTES
We offer a price calculator that can provide a rough estimate to get you started, found here. You are also welcome to request a personalized quote at no cost. To provide an accurate price quote, we require a reference sheet/ reference images. Please note that providing fewer details on a reference sheet may result in artistic liberties to complete your project.
SECTION 14 - SIZING
We currently offer two options for submitting accurate measurements. A comprehensive sizing chart is available for you to use on our website. Submit your measurements via the accompanying form. For enhanced accuracy and precision, we offer the option to submit a 3D scan from your LiDAR-enabled device by using the Polycam app (additional $18USD cost).
SECTION 15 - SHIPPING
Shipping costs for all orders will be estimated and included in the final project cost. All packages are insured to ensure the safe delivery of your fursuit. Additionally, tracking information will be provided to keep you informed of your package's whereabouts during transit.
Within the United States, shipping costs typically range from $50 to $200, depending on the size, weight, and destination. International shipping may incur additional charges due to varying shipping rates and customs fees. Please note that once the package is shipped, our influence over handling and delivery is limited.
SECTION 16 - WARRANTY
Our fursuits are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date your order is received. This warranty specifically covers crafting flaws such as popped seams and failed adhesion.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by misuse, mishandling, water damage, improper storage, or any actions beyond normal wear and tear. The warranty also does not cover errors resulting from inaccurate measurements provided during the commission period.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our service is at your sole risk. In no case shall KAIJVCORP, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
